Since its inception, MMI has assisted with improvements to existing parks and the provided design services for multiple museums in the southeast region.

MMI has the experience and knowledge to provide expert testimony on a variety of structural occurrences and the capability to perform expert analysis.

MMI has been involved in the evolution of many local major college campuses and their additions and/or improvements which include Dillard, Tulane, LSU, Xavier, Loyola, and the University of New Orleans.

There is nothing more vital to New Orleans than its history. MMI is proud of every project that allows a historic structure to be revitalized and enjoyed for generations to come.

MMI has been active in designing large scale hotel projects since as early as the 1970’s. In the ensuing decades, dozens of hotels have been added to our repertoire.

MMI is experienced with providing engineering design services for several large scale industrial projects ranging from telecommunications to wharf additions, renovations, and flood prevention.

MMI has provided engineering services for many of the outstanding medical complexes in the area including Ochsner, Tulane, and University Medical Center as well as numerous private facilities.

The military and government have an array of needs including research facilities, detention centers, operational headquarters, fire departments, and justice centers. In each of their projects, MMI has risen to the challenge to provide engineering design services in compliance with strict state and federal requirements.

Post Hurricane Katrina, MMI has served as the Structural and/or Civil Engineer-of-Record for the new construction and major renovation of over 35 elementary and high schools in the region, which are valued over 700M. In addition, MMI has performed dozens of existing condition assessments for the Recovery School District (RSD) and Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB).

Parking structures are a necessity in major cities. While many of MMI's garage projects are stand alone, there were those designed for parking structures to be hidden within the first floor of many major new multi-story structures.

MMI is experienced in designing and renovating many different types of religious structures ranging from new multi-million dollar churches to historical renovations and stabilization to some of New Orleans' most iconic structures.

Reuse and expansion is an important aspect of construction in a city the size of New Orleans. MMI has provided engineering services to many small scale and large scale, high-rise renovations.

MMI is experienced in designing projects that range from large single family residences to mixed-use developments in addition to senior living facilities and high-rise structures.

From shopping centers to multi-story office complexes, MMI has the ability to engineer any size project from start to finish.

MMI is frequently asked to perform engineering exercises that are outside of the normal realm of simple structural/civil engineering. We have the capabilities to successfully see ingenious ideas to come to functioning fruition.
