This beautiful 15-acre footprint is the newest development of the Delgado West Bank Campus in Algiers. MMI provided structural and civil for this 32,000 Square Feet building that was acquired by the Algiers Development District (ADD). The neighboring development to the former Navy base in Algiers will provide a stunning opportunity to the entrance of New Orleans Riverside at Federal City and Algiers Development Districts continuing their promise on education.  Comprised of classrooms, labs, faculty offices, common space and meeting spaces hosting all academic STEM programs. The Advanced Technology Center will increase holding up to 2,000 more students annually creating a higher education experience for people closer to home concentrating on industries such as healthcare, Petrochemical, digital media, and transportation logistics.
